Service Level Agreement
Standard priorities are responded to within 5 days. Major weather events may extend response times. Note: A status of "Closed" on your Service Request means Water crews have investigated the issue and identified steps to resolve the concern. If required, they will take steps to ensure the area is made safe before closing the request. Permanent repairs may be scheduled in the future when work crews, parts and equipment are available. Permanent repairs may be impacted if poor weather conditions exist.
