On the scheduled pickup day, Drivers have until 4:30pm to complete the collection of your carts. Please do not report missed collection until after 4:30pm. - Green Cart collection is every OTHER week - View the collection schedule for your address at https://www.calgary.ca/waste/residential/garbage-schedule.html?redirect=/collectionschedule - Collection times can change due to: truck is full and needs to unload, truck maintenance, traffic etc. - If missed collection was for a Friday pick-up, return cart back to your property until the following Tuesday - A valid home address is required.
