Grass has been destroyed when workers did flood mitigation work along the river. There is no grass, just a lot of dirt, and weeds. Also, with the Stampede on its way, this park looks terrible.

Green strip along memorial drive is all gone, need rehabilitation, major artery in and out of downtown, in shambles , need immediate repairs. New grass needed.
