Road is solid ice.

Road is absolutely frozen like a skating rink and dangerously icy. It needs scraping and de-icer as soon as possible.

The whole back alley is covered with black ice and Back alley needs rock salt, cars get stuck on the back alley and residents are not safe to pick up their garbage bins.
