Neighbors are new comers to Calgary don't speak English. Snow in alley is blocking them from access to the garage. Can City Roads dept please spread some Pickel so they can park in the garage. Thank you

Once again, frozen snow in curb/gutter preventing melting snow to get to storm drain and flowing onto sidewalk.
