The water cannon be drained and is pooled together in the parking.

Drain is blocked and starting to spill over to sidewalk. Creates a big pool every year.

B-11A outfall is creating a milky white plume in the Bow River extending 100m from outfall location. Not the usual turbidity or melt-water colours expected to be seen.

Make this a wetland. And add a culvert under the path where the pathway is always flooded.
