Yield sign needs to be upgraded to a turn light

Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)

Details of request: Coming from 16 ave and exiting to turn left on 36 street NE, that intersection needs to be taken care of because on the opposite side, people DO NOT yield to the oncoming traffic, they block the intersection causing people to wait for the next green light and also causing cars to get stuck on train tracks with have caused a lot of accidents, and still. The yield sign must be upgraded to a red light or a mandatory stop sign, and needs to be enforce because people just don't yield at that very dangerous intersection.
