Dangerous intersection (multiple accidents)

Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)

Details of request: This is my second request with reference to previous request(18-01207523) as within week I witnessed second accident at the same intersection. This issue needs to be immediately addressed before it is too late. Again this time multiple vehicles involved in collision and just like previous incident even air bags were deployed. Considering this involves life and safety issue it should be prioritised by either adding traffic lights or making it 4 way stop.
