On WB Memorial Dr NE, as you approach the 4th Ave flyover past 9 St NE, there's no warning the right lane will become exit only until you come around the bend to the flyover and it's too late. This creates an unsafe situation with many drivers doing unsafe last minute lane changes across solid white lines to stay on WB Memorial. A right lane / exit only sign, overhead or next to the right lane is needed west of 9 St NE.
