DO NOT USE - Mowing on the Boulevard 60+ km/h-WAM at 68 Aspen Stone Rd SW

There is a section along this sidewalk that doesn't seem to get mowed. It is a problem when trying to either pass someone or walk around. Some of these weeds were up to 3ft tall. Is this the responsibility of the condo adjacent to this sidewalk?
