Details of request: Southbound 14 St NW in the vicinity of SAIT backs up every morning 7-9 AM and uses 15 St NW to offload. Could you install "No Right Turn 7-9 AM" signs at 10 & 11 Ave NW to prevent the cut through traffic (and speeding) on 15 St NW?
