This intersection has a lot of student and children activities with two daycare's on two different corners high school down the street and a junior high down the other way. It's a very busy intersection during the peak hours. Traffic backs up the turning signal should be working, but the other concern is the amount of people that do U-turns in this Location I really think there should be a no U-turn sign at this intersection. For safety reasons. I also think that there should be additional lane markings for right turning lanes
