Need "3 Way Stop" and " No Parking" on corner/Edge of "Coventry Hills Dr NE" east bound.

Details of request: I just moved to this area and i have to use this intersection 4 times every School day, I have to make left from "Coventry Hills Dr NE" to " Coventry Hills Way NE" i have to wait quit long as others have right of the way & soon it turns a long que of vehicles for same reason although its 2 lane street but we cannot make right turn as there are vehicle parked on street (Instead of Driveway) , specially around 3pm when Students leaves " Nose Creek School" and start walking around, they cross street from any where as no street crossing light Installed.
