How many animals were spotted: One large bright orange koi fish in the talons of hawk; tried reporting it to invasive species but nothing done. Saw that they pulled out 20000+ goldfish out of a storm water pond in Edmonton so someone might want to investigate this. The fish was very distinct (bright orange, unnatural) in the talons of that hawk
