This location continues to be a safety hazard (vehicle & pedestrian) due to high increase of street parking on East side of 17 ST SE; ever since a new condo building was permitted to be built. It consistently now becomes a 1-way with reduced sightlines when turning, due to parked vehicles on both East & West sides of 17 ST SE.

Details of request: Add No Parking signs on the East side (new building's side) of 17 ST SE next to 17 AVE SE intersection, extending North towards 15th AVE SE (e.g. add No Parking signs on East side of 17 ST & 17 AVE SE intersection, extending about 20 meters towards 15 AVE SE). This 20 meters is where the road is the narrowest.
