On 38 St SE and 21 Ave SE the temp construction fence encroaches on the sidewalk making it extremely difficult for someone in a wheelchair to safely use the sidewalk 2 there is fall hazards across the job site that are unprotected and with the construction fence being open in multiple places would allow the general public easy access to those dangerous areas 3 there is multiple piles of construction material that is unrestrained and if high winds should happen could pos a risk to public.
