Details of request: I request to remove concrete barriers, installation of a sign NO RIGHT TURN. This is to eliminate unsafe current conditions where cars travel on the sidewalk, excessively speed, illegally pass, tailgating on Sifton bvld. 38 ave has speed humps, 4-way intersection, cars parking on both sides, to calm traffic.
