In the past few months there has been an increase of big dog owners 1. Having their dogs off leash increasing public safety concerns to humans and small dogs or animals, responding with "it's only a bylaw" when asked to put their dogs on a leash. 2. Large dog owners not picking up after their pet and leaving dog waste on the walkways

Specific location details: The location of these signs should be more on the interior of the pond walkway near the houses as most violations occur in these areas vs. along McKenzie Towne Drive.
