Please either fix the barricades, or put a "right hand turn only" sign for traffic coming out of this parking lot exit at the shell. Vehicles turn left when they need to go right first, slowing down and confusing traffic. As well, there needs to be some way for vehicles to not enter from the no frills side, as they drive into oncoming traffic to do so. There are other entrances/exits to this plaza, that when used properly are SAFE. Please have an investigator sit here for a period of time.
