Need parking signs in the affirmative

Issue: Permanent Sign (Add or Modify)

Details of request: Affirmative parking signs needed along the street as passing drivers are not able to quickly realize that parking is allowed on 37 street during certain days/times. Yesterday I witnessed someone rear-ending a parked car. I have also experienced verbal aggression from passing drivers every time I try to park in front of my own house.
