Snow On City - maintained Pathway or Sidewalk at 1011 Mcdougall Rd NE

The snow on bikeway on the north side of the McDougall parked is regularly cleared Howe we the side walk beside it is not. Even now that most snow has melted is a bad hazard due to the frozen water. Is not the responsibility of the city to keep the walks around city parks clean? This is Silvera, many seniors around with mobility issues.
