I should not have to call 311 to report a shopping cart. Nobody has time for that. It is the same thing as debris in a back lane. There are constantly issues with shopping carts around the city so it is 311's problem. So please add this to your list of options when reporting garbage and issues on a property. 39 Cedardale Crescent constantly has garbage and issues on its property. This shopping cart has been there for over a month now. Do something about it.
