Snow On City - maintained Pathway or Sidewalk at 4651 Passchendaele Rd SW

The snow plougher pushed snow onto our sidewalk on his way out. It's a big pile that causes quite the inconvenience for people walking by and we just finished scraping snow off our side walk :( Could we just leave this as gentle feedback for the next time he comes by our house?
