Water has not been draining for 4 days. Water has pooled up and restricting access to homeowner's to park their vehicles. Water freezes overnight and turns into a hazard. Pedestrians cannot walk on sidewalk.

Drain has been clogged for 3 days, cannot get access to vehicles. Cannot park vehicles on road. Cannot walk on sidewalk to access front door for my house.
