20th Ave NW is in terrible shape between 4 St NW and 8 St NW. Multiple sections of failed/sinking or raised trenches from infill construction.

Bike lane surfacing has come loose and causing bike tire punctures and potential falls. Suggesting sweeping the bike lanes to remove the loose debris.

Icy road with ridges is causing vehicles to lose control even at low speed. Very likely to cause accident with property damage or pedestrian injury.
